Brownlee Farms-Strawberries to Pumpkins!
At Brownlee Farms in Red Banks, Mississippi, we begin our season with delicious, huge red juicy strawberries and strong, healthy spring plants for your landscape and garden. We also sell hanging baskets, ornamental trees and shrubs, and evergreens direct to the public. Throughout the summer, count on Brownlee Farms for locally grown, farm-fresh vegetables.
Then in the fall, Brownlee Farms has acres of beautiful pumpkins in every size and shape and color, and we invite you out for a wagon ride, pick your own pumpkins, explore the maze, and much more fun!
Brownlee Farms has the largest strawberry acreage in the north half of the state, and thanks to intensive management along with great pollination by the bees, we have super big, super juicy strawberries. At the end of April, weather permitting, we will host the state's first Mississippi Strawberry Festival, with wagon rides, games, rides on the berry train, arts and crafts, petting farm, and much more. Family Fall Fun
In the fall, Brownlee Farms changes from "strawberry red" to "pumpkin orange", and a whole lot of other pumpkin colors too! Come see one of the largest, most attractive pumpkin patches in the mid-south. One admission fee of $8 includes:
- Your Pumpkin (Any size—if you can carry it, it's yours!)
- A Hay wagon Ride Around Our Beautiful Farm
- Explore our Two-Acre, Winding Maze
- All the Fresh Country Air You Can Enjoy
Be sure you also visit our farm market for more farm-fresh, locally grown vegetables, delicious jams and jellies, and more farm favorites. In the fall, we also sell corn stalks, gourds, more pumpkins, straw, Indian corn, and other fall decorations.
Locally Grown, Farm Fresh Vegetables
During the summer, visit Brownlee Farms for delicious and nutritious summer produce, including vine ripened tomatoes, fresh picked sweet corn, okra, peppers, squash, purple hull peas, cucumbers, eggplants, watermelon, and cantaloupe.
Brownlee Farms is open from mid-March, with nursery plants and ornamental trees, until the end of October, when the Pumpkin Patch and maze closes in celebration of fall. In between, we have delicious strawberries, farm fresh and locally grown vegetables, and lots of family fun! Visit the farm today!
